Here in Ohio, we have to take every opportunity to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. It's hard to get out during the cold months, and we all know about the seasonal doldrums that can happen when it's grey and cloudy every day.
HEALTHY HABITS
Being a busy mom, and having a healthcare background, healthy habits are important to me.
Fun fact: when my family arrives home, the first thing we do is go to a sink and wash our hands. Say no to germs!

Originally from Florida, I could not have asked to end up in a better place. Dublin, OH feels like home.
Whether its a farmer's market on the weekend, or attending Chamber of Commerce meetings, I'm really passionate about being involved in the community.
COMPASSION
As a healthcare professional, I've been there for individuals throughout every stage, offering support and compassion. I've even comforted patients by holding their hands during their final moments.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE
I believe in helping others whenever we have a chance. Two organizations that are near and dear to my heart are Cleaning For A Reason, and Ronald McDonald House. Both support those battling cancer, which took my Dad from me at the young age of 52.
